PROBLEM

Will not start
Out of fuel.
 1
Fill fuel tank.
Bad spark plug.

Replace spark plug.
Dirty air filter.

Clean/replace air filter.
Water in fuel.

Empty fuel tank and carburetor, refill tank with fresh 
gasoline and replace fuel filter.
Loose or damaged wiring.

Check all wiring.

Hard to start
Dirty air filter.
