The Internet Options window opens.
Locate the Phishing Filter item in the Settings field. Select
Turn on automatic website checking and click the OK
button to use the Phishing Filter.

To not use the Phishing Filter, select
Turn off automatic website checking in the Settings field in Step 3 above.
