Create and start a print queue that uses the LAT application port.

Print to the queue.
$ INITIALIZE/QUEUE/START/ON=LTAnnn:/PROCESSOR=LATSYM
/RETAIN=ERROR queue_name

$ PRINT/QUEUE=queue_name filename.txt
