90 days of complimentary telephone support. Shake 4 comes with 90 days of com-
plimentary telephone support for basic troubleshooting, installation, and launch issues.

Annual support. The purchase of an annual support contract gives you access to 
email support from Shake experts during business hours. 
• 
Per-incident support. For more complex integration and troubleshooting issues, 
per-incident support can be purchased. 
Highend2d.com/shake is a dedicated online forum where Shake 4 artists can ask 
questions of other Shake 4 artists and exchange custom e∂ ects.
Tutorials
Comprehensive tutorial materials, ranging from lessons for beginners to in-depth proj-
ects for experienced users, are included with Shake 4. The tutorials consist of detailed 
instruction in a printed manual as well as media assets included with the application.
