13: Regulatory Information

Electronic devices, including computers and wireless modems, 
generate RF energy incidental to their intended function and are 
therefore subject to FCC rules and regulations.

acceptable limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of 
the FCC Rules.
