13.2 Parameter initialization function
"The parameter initialization function" is used to return the setting data set in the
QD75MH buffer memory and flash ROM to their factory-set initial values.

[3] Precautions during control
(1) Parameter initialization is only executed when the positioning control is not
carried out (when the PLC READY signal (Y0) is OFF).

(2) A writing to the flash ROM is up to 100,000 times. If writing to the flash ROM
exceeds 100,000 times, the writing may become impossible, and a flash
ROM writing error (error code: 801) will occur.

(3) A "PLC CPU reset" or "PLC power restart" must be carried out after the
parameters are initialized.
(4) If an error occurs on the parameter set in the QD75MH when the PLC
READY signal [Y0] is turned ON, the QD75 READY signal [X0] will not be

Parameter initialization takes about 10 seconds. (Up to 30 seconds are sometimes
