3.19 Instruction Format
(1) Many of the instructions can be divided into an instruction part and a device, and
their applications are as described below.
(2) The instruction format can be roughly classified as follows according to the
instruction part and device combinations.

.....This instruction does not change the device status and
mainly controls the program.

.....This instruction performs ON/OFF control of
the device, controls the execution condition
according to the ON/OFF status of the
device, and branches the program.
