Install a new 5.25-inch drive to the drive carrier then secure it with 
the eight screws you have removed earlier.

Insert the drive carrier with the newly-installed  5.25-inch drive 
into the drive bay.

Connect the power and IDE cables to the new drive.

Observe the post-installation instructions described on page 32.
