Care and cleaning
Cleaning the enamel cavity
Clean the enamel on the inside of the oven when it has cooled down, using household
detergents or an ammonia-based cleaner. You may use ‘off the shelf’ oven cleaners, if you
carefully follow the manufacturers’ instructions.
To make cleaning easier, you can remove the side racks, the
oven door, and the fat filter.
The grill element is self-cleaning.
Cleaning the fat filter
Clean the fat filter after every use. If the filter is not cleaned,
it will block and shorten the life of the fan element.
For normal soiling, place the filter in a dishwasher on
normal wash. If the filter is very dirty, place in a saucepan
with either two tablespoons of clothes washing powder,
or one tablespoon of dishwashing powder.
Bring to the boil and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes.
Rinse the filter in clean water and dry.
Cleaning the oven door glass
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal
scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they scratch
the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.

The inner glass door panel can easily be removed for
cleaning by unscrewing the two fixing  screws (Fig. 26).

When re-assembling ensure that the inner glass is
correctly positioned and do not over -tighten

the screws.
Drawer
The drawer comes out like a normal drawer.
Note: Do not store flammable material in the drawer.
