You can save up to eight unique configurations. They are stored in memory 

and will not be lost if you turn off the printer. 

Configuration 0 is the factory-preset configuration and cannot be modified 

or deleted.

1.

Press ON LINE to place the printer offline. Raise the printer cover.

“UNLOCKED” displays briefly.

To overwrite an existing configuration, first set the “Protect Configs.” to disable. 
Do not change the configuration of your printer until you are familiar with the 
procedures described in the 

User’s Guide.
