7.5  Text and Multimedia Message Settings

On the All Messages screen, tap 

Menu > 

Settings > Options to check the text and 

multimedia message settings available on your 

phone and change them to suit your needs.

Adding MMS server settings

Check your phone to see if it is preconfigured with T-Mobile’s MMS 

server settings. If your phone already has preset MMS server settings, 

it is recommended that you do not change these settings. If you 

change the preset settings, your phone may not be able to send and 

receive multimedia messages.
If there are no preset MMS server settings of T-Mobile available, tap 

Menu > Settings > Options, tap Menu > MMS Server > New and enter 

the settings. Consult T-Mobile for the settings.

Note 

If you add several MMS message service providers to the MMS Server 

screen, you can choose one as your default provider. Press and hold the 
provider's name in the list, and then tap 

Set as Default.
