802.11 wireless network – The default 802.11 wireless ID 
for a Cayman 2E-H-W consists of the word “Cayman-2E” and 
the serial number of the device. You must configure other 
devices on your 802.11 wireless network to use this 
identifier before they can communicate with your Cayman 
2E-H-W.

Enter the IP address of Ethernet Port B in the 
Ethernet B 
(WAN) Local Address field.
The IP address you assign to Ethernet Port B must not be used 
by another device on your network.

Enter the subnet mask for the network connected to 
Ethernet Port B in the 
Ethernet B (WAN) Net Mask field.
The subnet mask specifies which bits of the 32-bit binary IP 
address represent network information. Most sites should use 
255.255.255.0
 for their subnet mask.

Enter the IP address of the default gateway for your 
network in the 
Default Gateway field.
The default gateway is the host to which the Cayman 2E-H-W 
will send packets if it does not know how to reach a destination 
host.
6.
Enter your domain name in the 
Domain Name field.
Domain names identify organizations on the Internet. Enter the 
domain name you use most frequently in the Domain Name 
field. This is usually the domain name of your company (if it has 
one) or the domain name of your Internet Service Provider.
7.
Enter the IP address of your primary domain name server 
in the 
Primary Nameserver Address field.
A domain name server is a network computer responsible for 
matching host names to numeric IP addresses so that network 
traffic can be routed correctly. Your Internet Service Provider 
can provide the IP address of their domain nameserver.
