Ping
The Netopia ISDN Router now includes a standard Ping test utility. A
Ping test generates IP packets destined for a par ticular
(Ping-capable) IP host. Each time the target host receives a Ping
packet, it returns a packet to the original sender.

reachable from the Netopia ISDN Router. You can also ascer tain the
quality and reliability of the connection to the desired destination by
studying the Ping test’s statistics.

To use the Ping utility, select Ping in the Statistics, Utilities, Tests
screen and press Return to the Ping screen.
