Press the        button to highlight the Channel 
Block selection. 

Press the        button to turn it on or off. 

Press the 

LAST key once to return to the previous 

screen or repeatedly to return to your program if 
task has been completed. 

 

 

 

Follow the procedure in the previous section to display the Parental Control menu.  

Press the      button to highlight the TV Rating 
selection. 

Press the     button and the Block TV Rating 
panel will be displayed. 

 

In the Block TV Rating panel you can customize 
the program blocking of the following TV ratings: 

Y – Children audience, appropriate for all ages 

Y7 – Older children over 7 

G – General audience 

PG – Guidance suggested 

14 – Strongly cautioned 

MA – Mature audience 

 

You can also customize the TV ratings for the following content: 

A – All settings. Allowing or blocking this rating automatically allows/blocks all subratings on the same row. 

D – Suggesting dialog 

L – Adult language 

S – Sexual situations 

V - Violence 

FV – Fantasy violence 

Press the      or        button to navigate through 
the TV rating options.   

Press the 

MENU button to block (locked) or allow 

(unlocked). 

When you block a rating less restrictive ratings 
will be automatically blocked. When you unblock 
a rating more restrictive ratings will be 
automatically unblocked. 

Press the 

LAST  key once to return to the 

previous screen or repeatedly to return to your program if task has been completed.
