The A

 knob is used to adjust how long it should take for the sound to reach from zero to full am-

plitude after a key has been pressed. Hold down S

 and turn the A

 knob clockwise to select 

exponential attack characteristics. The LED to the bottom right of the A

 knob will light up. Hold 

down S

 and turn the A

 knob counter- clockwise to revert to normal attack characteristics.

Note: a very short attack time could produce a click in the beginning of the sound. This is a normal 
physical phenomenon. To eliminate any click, just increase the attack time slightly.
Range: 0.5 ms to 45 s.

When the Attack phase is finished (and you haven’t released the key), the Decay takes over. During the 
Decay phase, the sound decreases in level, and continues to do so until it reaches the Sustain level (see 
below). The D

 knob is used to adjust how long this should take.

Range: 0.5 ms to 45 s.
