Restart your Macintosh.

You now have TurboTransfer 1.2 installed on your Macintosh. 

Tips for Using TurboTransfer with different applications:

TurboTransfer works by reading the file into the Macintosh Clipboard and then 
issuing a paste command.  Where ever the cursor is when the send key is pressed, is 
where the file will be pasted.  (Because TurboTransfer uses the clipboard, whatever 
was in the clipboard before the transfer will be lost and the last file transferred 
will remain in the clipboard.)

Word Processors:
Try sending to different applications.  Some applications will transfer faster than 
others.  For example:  Sending a 10K or 5 page file to MacWrite II, ClarisWorks or  
SimpleText takes only 55 seconds.  But transferring the same file to MSWorks takes 
5 minutes (1 minute for transfer, 4 minutes for the Paste).

 
Spreadsheets:
Now with TurboTransfer, you can directly transfer columns and rows of numbers into 
spreadsheet applications.  Simply put the cursor in the upper left most cell in the 
file where you would like to start and press the send key.  Make sure your numbers or 
other items are separated by tabs (shown by a right arrow) on the AlphaSmart. 
[Without TurboTransfer, to get rows of numbers or text to input correctly to a 
spreadsheet, one has to transfer to a word processor first, then cut and paste into 
the spreadsheet.]
