Power Up Sequence Number
When you power up a DOS terminal and the PowerUpMessage and AutoSeqNumbers parameters
are set to yes, a 0 is sent as the first sequence number for the Power Up message.

After a DOS terminal sends a 0 for a power up message, it sends 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 1, 2 etc. as
subsequent numbers. After a 7, the DOS terminal sends a 1 next and then counts up to 7 again.
