Broadcast Messages
A broadcast message is a message sent from the host that uses a special DOS terminal ID (##).
When the network device identifies it as a broadcast message, it reformats the message and
delivers it to all DOS terminals.

The default DOS terminal ID for a broadcast message is ##.

Sequence Number
If the DOS terminal is expecting sequence numbers (the LDS Plus RcvSeqNumbers parameter in
