Identification Network Code. A 
private numeric password that 
allows you to access your SIM 
card and some network services.

 An accessory 

for the portable phone that 
converts it to a speaker phone. It 
runs off either AC power or 
auxiliary batteries.

To use a cellular system 

outside of your home system, 
usually when you travel beyond 
the range of your home system. If 
you are roaming you see the l 
indicator (cellular mode only).

 When you are in 

this mode you are accessing the 
Iridium satellite system. You see 
the + indicator.

To move backward or 

forward through a list; for 
example: to move backward or 
forward through the menu system 
or the name directory.

A six-digit code 

used to access sensitive 
features.

 A company 

affiliated with a cellular or satellite 
carrier that provides cellular/
satellite service to its customers.
