Buildout allows adjustment of the cable loss measurement
between the last T1 signal regenerator and your location. This
measurement is supplied by the telephone company at
installation. Adjust your buildout based on this measurement.
The measurements are in decibels. There are four choices:

15_dB

22.5_dB

FDL Type allows configuration of the FDL standard. It
describes the facilities data link use. This allows the telephone
company to read the statistics maintained by a RAC and to
perform diagnostic tests. There are two choices:

att for ATT-54016 ESF FDL

–

ansi for ANSI-T1-403 FDL
