 GRE Information

box provides statistics for GRE packets. This box

displays information in the

Received

 and

Transmitted

fields and the

Dropped

Packets Info

box. The

Received

 and

Transmitted

fields provide the following

information:

•

Bytes Received

indicates the number of bytes received on the

interface.

•

Bytes Transmitted

indicates the number of bytes sent on the

interface.

•

Packets Received

indicates the number of GRE packets received.

•

Packets Transmitted

indicates the number of GRE packets sent.

•

Packets Dropped Received

indicates the number of GRE packets

dropped on transmit.

•

Packets Dropped Transmitted

indicates the number of GRE

packets dropped on transmit.

The

Dropped Packets Info

box

 provides information in the

Bad Checksum

field.

•

Bad Checksum

 indicates the number of GRE packets received

with bad checksums.

The

Tunnel Information

box displays data about all active tunnels. This box

includes the following categories:

•

Device Type

lists the interface device to which the tunnel

terminates.

•

Interface Protocol

lists the protocol used on the connection.

•

State

 lists the state of the tunnel. Values are

registered,

established,

or

deregistered.

•

Login Time

lists the time the user logged in.

•

Home Addr

lists the address assigned to the remote node. This

category is protocol specific.

•

Home Agent Addr

lists the IP address of the Home Agent (HA).
