Right clicking a clock icon will display a useful list of time editing
shortcuts that allow you copy, paste and set the timing for the Entire
Macro.
The Timeline View graphically displays the time of each keystroke
event. Using the Timeline View, you can see the relative timing
between each of the keystroke events.
You can drag keystroke events along the timeline to adjust the
Macro timing. Click on the “plus” and “minus” magnifying glass icons
with the to adjust the zoom level of the timeline.
It is important to note that each of the timed Macro views (Macro
View, Timed Macro View, and Timeline View) all represent the same
Macro. You may edit the Macro in any of these three views.
In all three Multi Key Macro views you may edit the order of the
keystroke events by dragging a key image to another position. Of
course, in the Timed Macro View, Ergodex Manager will prevent you
from making impossible Macros combinations (e.g., A keystroke
must have a “down event” before it can have an “up event.”)
Press/Release Macros
Press/Release Macros allow you to play one sequence of keystrokes
when you press a DX1 Key, and a second sequence of keystrokes
when you release the DX1 Key. Checking the “Use Press/Release”
Macro option in the Key Action displays a “Play on Release” edit box.
This sequence will play when you release the DX1 Key assigned
with this Macro. The “Play on Release” edit box works the same as
the “Play on Press” edit box discussed in this section.
