Allow recording over already assigned Keys. 
If checked, Ergodex Manger allows you to replace Macros assigned 
to DX1 Keys while in RECORD mode.  The replaced Macro will 
remain in the current Profile, but will no longer be assigned to the 
DX1 Key. 
 
If unchecked you cannot assign a Macro while in RECORD mode to 
a DX1 Key that already has an assigned Macro. 
 
Record mouse clicks along with keystrokes. 
If checked, Ergodex Manger records Mouse button clicks in Macro 
sequences.  Note: The position of the cursor, or the result of the 
mouse button click is not recorded.  Only the mouse button state is 
recorded and played back in the Macro.  See “Mouse Clicks” in the 
“Macros” section of this User Guide for more information.  
 
If unchecked, Ergodex Manager does not record mouse button clicks 
in Macro sequences. 
 

Stop playback on program switch. 
If checked, Ergodex Manager will stop any currently playing Macros 
if you switch away from the program that you are using. 
 
If unchecked, Ergodex Manager will allow a Macro to finish playing 
even if you switch away from the program in which the Macro was

The Preferences provided under ”Profiles” allow you to control how 
Ergodex Manager manages Profiles and Users. 
 

Use Global Profile for programs without Profiles. 
If checked, Ergodex Manager will use the Global Profile Macro 
assignments for any program that does not have an associated 
Program Profile.
