Power Management Scenario
If no user action occurs after standby time, the system enters Suspend
mode from Normal or Slow mode. If no user action occurs after idle time,
the system enters Slow mode from Normal mode. If the scheduler of the
operating system occurs during the Idle process, the system enters Idle
mode.
