5 When you are ready to turn the CK1 back on, follow these
steps:
a Remove the battery door.
b To turn the backup battery on, use a straightened
paperclip to slide the backup battery switch down.

c Aligning the battery contacts, insert a fully charged battery
into the battery compartment.
d Install the battery door.
e Turn on the CK1.
f When the “Format RAM disk?” prompt appears, press F1.
The CK1 formats the RAM disk, boots, and launches the
main application.
