XON/XOFF software protocol
This protocol allows the MicroBar NX to control the flow of data from the RS-232 input
device.

To interrupt reception of data, the MicroBar NX transmits the XOFF character (ASCII DC3).
To restart the flow, it sends the XON character (ASCII DC1).

Activating XON/XOFF deactivates the RTS/CTS and ENQ/ACK/NAK protocols.

When the RTS/CTS protocol is activated, the MicroBar NX waits for an RTS from the
RS-232 input device and sends a CTS when it is ready to receive data.
