1. 

Remove the base plate and the back cover from your All-in-One 

PC.

NOTE: For details, refer to step 1~3 in the section Installing a RAM module.

Unlock the latch.

3. 

Move the HDD tray to the left (A), hold the black pulltab, and then 

pull the HDD tray out of the HDD bay (B).

IMPORTANT! Only ASUS-authorized technicians should remove and 

replace the HDD inside your All-in-One PC. Please refer to the terms and 

conditions in the warranty card.
