Setting daily target
Setting yourself a target can be a fun way to keep track of your 
physical activities.
4.  Set you target value, then tap OK.
1.  Navigate to the Setting screen. 
2.  Swipe up to view more icons.
3. Tap 
Steps per day to set target steps, or tap Calories per day 
to set target calories.
