The following items appear only when you set the ASMedia Storage Controller (SATA6G_

E12) to [Enabled].

Windows Hot-plug Notification [Disabled]
This item allows you to enable or disable the Hot Plug notification in Windows

operating systems.

ASPM Support [Enabled]
This item allows you to enable or disable the ASPM controller to save energy when 

using the ASMedia Storage Controller.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]

[X1 mode] 

The PCIex_16_3 slot runs at x1 mode with PCIex1_3 slot and ASMedia 

USB 3.0 controller enabled.

[X4 mode] 

The PCIex_16_3 slot runs at x4 mode for a high performance support.

When you set this item to [X4 mode], the PCIex1_3 slot and ASMedia USB 3.0 controller 

are disabled.

This item allows you to enable or disable Realtek

 LAN controller.
