Configuring the network connection of the scanner

 Turn on the power switch on the side of the scanner.

 To configure the scanner for DHCP network IP address.

On the User Interface (UI) of the scanner, use the left /right buttons as necessary to select the
Settings, and press OK.

Select the Network Icon and press OK.

o Use the left and right buttons to select DHCP and press OK.

o After selecting DHCP, the scanner will request an IP address from the server and then

display it automatically.

Subnet Mask

Use the Home button to exit.

 Alternatively, configure the scanner for a static IP address and subnet mask. Static IP address

and subnet masks should be entered and configured by your network administrator or IT
support provider.

o On the scanner UI, use the left /right buttons as necessary to select the Settings, and

press OK.
