Standard Zoom Lens

Wide-Angle Lens

Canon diffractive optics technology make it possible to have high-performance lenses that are much 
smaller and lighter than traditional lenses without it. The new super telephoto EF 400mm f/4 DO IS II 
USM lens incorporates newly developed gapless dual-layered diffractive optical (DO) elements that help 
improve optical performance while maintaining a compact, lightweight size.

Canon EF lenses with stepping motor (STM) technology focus using a geared ring or a lead screw rotary 
drive system for amazingly smooth and quiet AF. This can be beneficial during continuous AF shooting 
when capturing HD video with Movie Servo AF.
