Safety precautions
This camera is weatherproof, but it cannot be used underwater. When the camera
exterior gets wet, turning the camera on or off or zooming in or out impairs its
weatherproof performance. Immediately wipe the camera off to remove water
droplets before its use if it gets wet. Olympus will not assume any responsibility for
malfunction of the camera caused by water getting inside as a result of misuse by
the user. The camera is weatherproof and is not damaged by water spray from any
direction.
Observe the following precautions when using the camera.
