6. Review your Scan Destination selections.

a) To change those settings, select the Pencil icon. When done, select OK.
b) To exit the App, select the Arrow in a Box icon.
c) To get Contact Info for App support, press the Gear icon.

7. To review or change the Scan Settings, select the Scan Settings tab. The Scan features

you can change are visible in the tab.

a) Select the feature you want to check or change.
b) Select the setting you want to apply to your current scan job.

8. Select Start to begin scanning.

Job status indicators appear just below the Start button. The Job Succeeded message
tells you the scan job is complete.

This App enables MFP users to scan to folders in their own Dropbox account or to a
designated Dropbox account.

To access any cloud repository, you must enable the proxy on your device.

It is highly recommended that you enable Verification of SSL Certificates on your MFP
to maintain the security of your information. By not enabling verification of SSL
certificates, the secure communications of private or sensitive information is vulnerable.

1. From the local user interface of the device, select the Services Home Button.
2. Select the Xerox ConnectKey Scan to Dropbox App.
3. Enter the account login information.

a) If the App was set up to automatically provide the login name for the account,

the field is filled in.

b) If you wish to select a different account, you can enter a different User ID and

password.

4. Choose the destination folder into which you want to scan and store your document,

and select OK.

• To scan to your Dropbox root directory, do not select a folder. Simply select OK.

• Scroll using the arrows on the right to display additional folders.
