To add an existing page  def:
1. 
Open the Environment menu and choose Print Order from the menu. The
View/Change Print Order dialogue will be displayed.
2. 
Click on the Add button to open the Select Page 
Def. dialogue. The current page
definition will be displayed in the File To Add box.
                      
3. 
Select the page def to be added from the Internal or External list. The file name
will appear in the File To Add box.
4. 
Click on the Add button. The View/Change Print Order dialogue will be
displayed with the page definition added to the list.
