Delete Held Jobs
Held print jobs can be deleted after a specified number of minutes. A value of zero (0)
disables this feature.

Jobs counted ahead
When utilizing server hardware that contains a slower speed processor (250Mhz and
below) printing output speed could be degraded. This is due to the fact that XCounter
counts the print job before releasing it to the printer. By increasing this option value,
XCounter would process multiple jobs while releasing one job to the printer. The
default of 2 should be optimum for most situations.

Note: This option should only be used when printing speed is degraded because of
slow server processing. If this number is increased there may be a chance of print
jobs being accounted for and manually deleted from the queue before printing occurs.

Default Queue Configuration
All printer queues can be individually configured for XCounter. However, if there are
multiple queues that require monitoring, and all queues are using the same XCounter
configuration, then a global default queue configuration would be optimum for setting
up existing as well as future printer queues. When XCounter loads, it looks for a
printer’s individual configuration. If one is not found, then it uses the server’s default
queue configuration. If the default configuration has not been saved, then
