In Firefox, when a link is clicked and opened, it, by default, opens in a new tab (rather than 
a popup window). As a result, if there are any popup windows currently open, it will not 
allow a user to click any tabs until they close the popup window. This can be changed in 
Firefox by doing the following: Click the Firefox menu, click Options and then select the 
Tabs tab and uncheck Open new windows in a new tab instead.

Support for CUVC is discontinued in the CTMS and CTS-Manager 1.9 releases.

Cisco 9971 and 9951 IP phones (firmware version 9-2-3.27 required)

Cisco Jabber Video and Cisco E20 are not supported.

Commercial Express product should not be upgraded to 1.9.

VMware ESXi 4.1 and 5.0 are supported for virtualization
