Chapter 5 Installing MeetingPlace Web
To uninstall MeetingPlace Web:
1. Insert the MeetingPlace Web CD into the Windows server
CD-ROM drive.
2. When prompted for Modify, Repair, or Remove options,
select Remove. Click Next.
This procedure uninstalls the MeetingPlace Web software.
However, if you want to remove the data you must delete the
directories that contain that data (X:\Latitude\mpweb\meetings).
Additionally, you must manually delete the storage locations for
converted audio files.

Refer to the following section if you want to remove the SQL
Server 2000 Desktop Engine (previously called MSDE) that was
installed with MeetingPlace Web. Uninstalling MeetingPlace
Web will not remove the SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine.

To uninstall the SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine:
1. Go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools |
Services. Stop the Microsoft SQL Server Service.
2. From Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs,
select Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine. Click the
Remove button.
