 Small Business Video Surveillance Cameras help safeguard your company’s physical security. To provide 

additional installation flexibility, Cisco offers a variety of enclosures and mounts for several cameras. These 

optional accessories include enclosures that help protect your camera in a wide range of environments, indoors 

and outside.   

VC020 Features and Benefits 

The Cisco VC020 Camera Enclosure Exterior Box with internal defroster and blower provides robust protection for 

your Cisco PVC2300 Business Internet Video Camera, enabling you to install it in a variety of locations, both 

indoors and outdoors. The VC020 has received an IP55 rating from the International Electrotechnical Commission 

(IEC). Products with this rating provide complete protection against small objects greater than 1 mm and splashing 

liquid from any direction.   

A single power input delivers power to the defroster, blower, and camera.

Dust protected (IP55): Ingress of dust is not entirely prevented and dust deposits are permitted but dust entry should 
not be in sufficient quantity to interfere with the function of the camera.

 

Water jet protected (IP55): Water projected by a low pressure nozzle against enclosure from any direction shall allow 
limited ingress with no harmful effects to the camera.
