This document describes an issue that might occur in which Cisco Prime Infrastructure shows no data for
Cisco Application Visibility and Control (AVC).

Problem
This issue typically occurs when the Assurance license is not installed on the Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
Cisco Prime Infrastructure is shipped with an evaluation Lifecycle license and an evaluation Assurance
license. Once you install a permanent Lifecycle license, the evaluation Assurance license is removed and you
are unable to view AVC data.

Solution
In order to resolve this issue, purchase and install a permanent Assurance license.
