This attribute configures Inter-Subscriber priority Queueing based on class of service offered. Gold has highest priority and 
Best_effort lowest priority. From DSCP, means the priority queueing will be done based on the DSCP marking the incoming 
subscriber packet carries.

  Gold = 3 
  From_DSCP = 4 

This attribute indicates that the PDP context is network initiated. The attribute is missing for a mobile activated PDP context.
