To define the match criteria to classify traffic, use the match command in class-map configuration mode. Use
the no form of this command to remove the match criteria.

Syntax Description
Specify an access group.
access-group
Specify the name of an IP standard or extended access control list (ACL) or MAC
ACL.

name acl-name
Specify the number of an IP standard or extended access control list (ACL) or
MAC ACL. For an IP standard ACL, the ACL index range is 1 to 99 and 1300 to
1999. For an IP extended ACL, the ACL index range is 100 to 199 and 2000 to
2699.
MAC ACL. For an IP standard ACL, the ACL index range is 1 to 99 and 1300 to
1999. For an IP extended ACL, the ACL index range is 100 to 199 and 2000 to
2699.
acl-index
Specify the physical ports to which the interface-level class map in a hierarchical
policy map applies. This command can only be used in the child-level policy map
and must be the only match condition in the child-level policy map. You can
specify up to six entries in the list by specifying a port (counts as one entry), a list
of ports separated by a space (each port counts as an entry), or a range of ports
separated by a hyphen (counts as two entries).
