Problem: 

getSupportDetails script does not work on Linux and Solaris. 

Possible 
Cause(s): 



 

The script is trying to include Veritas cluster logs irrespective of whether or not the setup is present on 
the machine. 



 

This script is unable to load the appropriate perl modules for Solaris. 

Action(s): 

This is a known issue with some versions of MUR. 

1.  Check if the environment variables are set using the following commands: 

cd <MUR installation path>

2.  Copy the latest script, replace MUR installation path correctly and execute after setting environment 

variables.
