Directs all Packet Accelerator Cards (PACs) within an ST16 chassis to require use of the Encryption Daughter Card
(EDC) for IPSec encryption. When this command is enabled, any PAC without an EDC is unusable. This command
must be enabled when using IPSec encryption.

Syntax
Disables the EDC requirement for PACs.
Indicates that the command is to execute without any additional prompt and confirmation from the user.
Usage
When enabled, all PACs are required to use the installed EDC for IPSec encryption. Any PAC that does not
have an EDC installed on it will not be usable.
