A unique name that you specify for a SIP URI. 

 must be an alpha and/or numeric string of 1 through 127 characters in length, and can contain 

punctuation characters. 
The string for sub-part keyword 

 must be an integer from 0 through 65535. 

Use this command to specify a rule definition to analyze user traffic based on a SIP URI.
