Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Cisco Identity Services
Engine Legacy Term Licenses. The last day to order the affected product(s) is June
20, 2014. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support
from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL
bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the
affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this
announcement. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts,
support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers'
service contract.
Engine Legacy Term Licenses. The last day to order the affected product(s) is June
20, 2014. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support
from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL
bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the
affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this
announcement. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts,
support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers'
service contract.
New subscription licenses for the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) have been created to best use the Cisco
Commerce Workspace (CCW) and its innovative order-processing capabilities. The new subscription licenses are
available only on CCW and are the correct migration products for the existing Cisco ISE term licenses (Advanced,
Wireless, and Wireless Upgrade). There is no change to the Cisco ISE Base licenses and no change in pricing:
The new Cisco ISE subscription licenses are priced the same as the previous term licenses. The new Cisco ISE
subscription licenses can be identified by the "S" in the product part ID number (for example, L-ISE-ADV-S-100=).
