Specifies that this command will handle G-CDRs before eG-CDR/P-CDRs.

Usage Guidelines
Use this command to suppress the CDRs (G-CDRs and eG-CDR/P-CDRs) which were created due with
zero-duration session and zero-volume session due to any reason. By default this command is disabled and
system will not suppress any CDR.
