Interim-Interval value for CSCF accounting sessions, overload response, and the congestion control threshold
and tolerance values that are to be monitored on this CSCF service.

Disables the specified functionality.

Default: Disabled

Used to configure Interim-Interval value for CSCF accounting sessions.

value can be configured to any integer value from 50 to 7200. This value is sent in the "Acct-Interim-Interval"
AVP of the accounting message. Based on the response message from accounting server, Interim-Interval
timer is started.
