operator must be one of the following:

• !=: Does not equal

• =: Equals

Specifies the Media Access Control (MAC) address as condition value for UE information received over Gx
interface in an IP-CAN session.

mac_value is a 17 character long string of Hexadecimal numbers in xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx format only.
