message sent after this binding will have the Destination-Host AVP encoded. 
If the application has selected one of the servers using application-level commands like the 

 

command for credit-control or the 

 or 

 command in a 

AAA group, encoding of this AVP in initial/retried request is configurable. 

 

The following command specifies to include the Destination-Host AVP in initial request but not in retried
