Additional internal enhancements have been made in this release to support voice-grade redundancy for Voice over LTE 
(VoLTE) deployments. ICSR components have been internally optimized to ensure that failure recovery is 
accomplished within acceptable limits for VoLTE. The impact on the data path is high priority.
